Maintenance supervisor in the Civil Engineering area (m/f) Fulltime

In this role you will perform:

The main area of operation is the region around Armação de Pêra.

The range of tasks is very diverse and includes:

· construction management of larger projects for routine maintenance of existing properties;

· plan and supervise amplifications;

· carry out conversions and maintenance in our hotel complex and in the villas we manage.

We hope you have:

· the aim is to be a professional with the qualifications of (engineer or civil technical engineer);

· must have several years of professional experience;

· must be flexible, imaginative, work conscientiously and “hand in hand”;

· must be able to promote projects with a high degree of independence.

· Aims to be a professional with business and commercial thinking.

· knowledge of English or German is an advantage.
