We are looking for motivated candidates, who enjoy teamwork, are passionate about their service, and are willing to learn and evolve to be part of a dynamic team, focused on providing an excellent service and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Function Description:
– Guest service and reception, for check-in and check-out registration;
– Provide various information to Guests, within the scope of their Accommodation;
– Recording of payments from Guests, in the calculation of accounts and consumption, opening and closing the Cash Register, whenever necessary;
– Reservation management and follow-up processing, through different communication channels;
– Support for Guests during their stay, namely by providing tourist information and services, ensuring quality service and Customer satisfaction;

Requirements:
– Experience in the role, preferably in the hotel sector;
– Training in the area of Tourism and Hospitality;
– Knowledge of English (spoken and written) (other languages will be an asset);
– Knowledge of IT (Office tools) and HOST Hotel System (preferential);
– Availability for variable schedules;

Full Time – 40h/week
