Profile and Requirements:
Higher or technical training in Cooking.
Experience and knowledge acquired in a similar role, for a minimum period of 6 months.
Solid knowledge of HACCP.
Ability to work under pressure.
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
Innovation, creativity and quality orientation.
