Your mission:
– Prepare and serve all types of drinks as quickly and friendly as possible.
– Your responsibility
– Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers;
– Ensure the bar is clean and tidy;
– Prepare requests for bars;
– Permanently take care of the organization and general tidiness of all Customer spaces and service areas of the Bars;
– Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Our requirements:
– Manage billing and cash flow;
– 12th Year;
– Hotel School Course or Professional Bar Course;
– Professional Bar license;
– Performance of similar functions for at least 1 year in 5-star units;
– Proficiency in spoken and written English.
