Maintenance Versatile – several opportunities Fulltime NEW

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspections of facilities to identify problems and perform preventive maintenance procedures on equipment, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems;
• Diagnose and correct technical problems in equipment and systems;
• Efficient management of Hotel equipment and materials;
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, laundry, elevators, security systems, among others;
• Maintain and manage the stock of spare parts and materials necessary to carry out maintenance work;
• Inform Management about equipment and/or systems that require maintenance;
• Ensure cleanliness, ensuring that Hygiene and Quality standards are maintained;
• Ensure that all equipment has updated technical sheets and is in perfect working order;
• Keep records of all interventions, including inspection reports, completed repairs and replacements of parts/equipment;
• Respond to guest requests regarding maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Secondary Education – 12th Year or Equivalent;
• Experience in the role preferred;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• I like hotels and team spirit;
• Availability to work rotating and shift schedules.
