WOTELS is a young and very dynamic chain of Hostels&Hotels that is expanding throughout the national territory and we want to continue growing! Our Mission is to offer multi-offer, clean and safe accommodation in a space with its own life and where interaction between customers is encouraged.

Some of your functions:
– relação com os hóspedes
– check ins, extensões de reserva, check outs, pagamentos e faturação
– manutenção do espaço limpo e organizado
– diários de caixa;
– envio diário de relatórios de gestão
– transmissão das informações do seu turno aos turnos seguinte e à supervisão
– segurança e bem-estar de todos os hóspedes
– distribuição de tarefas de Housekeeping do dia seguinte
– cumprimento das regras internas e procedimentos

Tens experiência e formação na área? dominas o Inglês?
