Barman (m/f) – Convent Square Lisbon Hotel in Lisbon Fulltime

The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its Convent Square Lisbon Hotel in Lisbon:

Bartender (m/f)

Responsibilities:

– Prepares and serves simple and compound drinks, and carries out the necessary prior preparations;
– Ensures customer loyalty through a professional, proactive and empathetic approach, always seeking to anticipate and exceed customer needs and expectations;
– Sells and promotes the Hotel’s services;
– Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of utensils used to prepare and serve drinks;
– Takes care of the cleaning and organization of the bar facilities;
– Works closely with restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service;
– Prepares snacks and coffees, teas and other infusions;
– Collaborates in the organization and operation of events and banquets;
– Carry out or collaborate in the execution of periodic inventories of the hotel or section.

Requirements:
– Higher education or technical/professional training in the restaurant/bar sector;
– Previous professional experience in international hotel chains;
– Mastery of the English language (eliminatory);
– Ability to work, plan and organize;
– Positive and proactive attitude;
– Initiative, friendliness, ability to work in a team and good presentation;
– Good customer orientation skills;
– Availability and flexible schedules.
