The PHC Hotels Group is recruiting for its Convent Square Lisbon Hotel in Lisbon:

Doorman (M/F)

Main responsibilities:
Professional with a positive, dynamic and proactive attitude.
First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want that impression to be memorable. The same goes for when they leave. When guests leave our hotel, we want them to leave with a smile and the feeling that we were there for them throughout their stay. We want to create an experience that is memorable and unique from the beginning to the end of their stay!

We look for in our lobby ambassadors:
– Be focused on the art of hospitality;
– Welcome guests and customers at the entrance to the establishment, facilitating their exit and access to transport vehicles;
– Indicate reception locations, cooperating in general in the execution of concierge services, and monitoring the entry and exit of people and goods from the establishment;
– Take the initiative to provide directions to guests during their arrival and departure experiences;
– Have the autonomy to move around their space and do what needs to be done, whether it’s operational needs or responding to guest requests, filling out reports or sharing city highlights.
Lobby Ambassadors make every customer interaction feel like part of the experience.

Requirements:
– Technical/professional training in the area of Hotel Management or Accommodation Techniques;
– Previous professional experience in international hotel chains;
– Mastery of the English language (eliminatory);
– Ability to work, plan and organize;
– Positive and proactive attitude;
– Good customer orientation skills;
– Availability and flexible schedules.
