We are looking for a Receptionist to bring energy, hospitality and memorable experiences to our guests. If you love creating special moments and want to be part of a dynamic, ocean-inspired team—this is your chance to shine!

Main responsibilities:

• First Impression Keeper – Warmly welcome guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience from check-in to check-out.
• Experience Creator – Organize and personalize guests’ stays by offering authentic recommendations tailored to their interests.
• Coordination Maestro – Ensure fluid communication with all hotel teams to guarantee efficient and flawless service.
• Expert in Anticipating Needs – Providing proactive service, ensuring that each guest has everything they need for a perfect stay.
• Reservations Manager – Control and organize reservations, invoice internal services and manage special requests with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience Facilitator – Manage and follow up on requests by phone and email, ensuring efficient and personalized service.
• Guardian of Order and Rigor – Perform essential administrative tasks, including CRM management, recording information in the PMS and closing the night shift.

Core Skills:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Hospitality Experience – 2+ years of industry experience is a plus.
• Natural Host – You have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing memorable experiences for your guests.
• Flexibility and Resilience – Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and special events.
• Decision-Making Ability – Ability to resolve challenges efficiently and find creative solutions.
• Clear and Empathetic Communication – Know how to listen, understand and respond to guests’ needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Rigor and Organization – Maintain high standards of precision in all administrative and operational tasks.
• Computer Knowledge – Familiarity with tools such as Word, Excel, Google and hotel management systems.
