To strengthen our Restaurant team, at the Hotel Grande Real Villa Itália & Spa, we are recruiting a Waiter 2nd.
What awaits you in this role:
- Prepare the room and its tables for the various meals, and prepare trays and service trolleys for room service, placing the utensils correctly and respecting hygiene standards;
- Welcome and serve customers, presenting them with the menu and wine list, explaining the various dishes and drinks, taking orders and transmitting them to the respective sections;
- Assist shift colleagues, interns and extra staff;
- Collaborate in stock control work at the restaurant and/or bar, and in the execution of periodic inventories.
What we value in you:
- Training in the restaurant sector;
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar roles in hospitality;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer orientation and enjoyment of contact with the public;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Flexibility of schedules;
- Immediate availability, and for night shifts.
