The Editory Collection Hotels seeks to add to its prestigious Hotel The Editory Boulevard 5*, located on the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, a Cook (m/f/d) who shares our passion for hospitality, sustainability, art and locality.
Your Mission:
Without borders of flavor, without limits of creation, the Illicit Restaurant It is a map of destinations for the palate, where you must make a difference.
Main functions:
• Preparation of mise-en-places
• Production and execution of kitchen/pastry dishes for à la carte service
• Cleaning and maintenance of the work space and utensils
Requirements:
• Specialized training in Cooking/Pastry
• Experience in 4 and 5 star hotel units
• Customer orientation and service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of English and Spanish
• Creativity and originality in creating new products
