Main responsibilities:

– Provide customer service and reception in accordance with the brand’s standards;

– Collect orders for drinks/starters/main course/desserts;

– Carry out the transport and delivery of drinks/starters/main course/dessert in accordance with the orders of the Manager of the Sector to which he/she is assigned;

– Carry out hygiene and cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant is in a good state of cleanliness;

– Make the correct use of materials, utensils and equipment in the restaurant/store;

– Transmit complaints to your superior;

– Correctly complies with HACCP requirements.

Requirements:

– Educational qualifications at the 12th year level;

– Minimum experience of 1 year in identical functions;

– Good knowledge of English

– Minimum level B1 in speaking skills;

– Strong customer orientation;

– Be a team player: available, flexible and dedicated;

– Identification document (Citizen Card or Residence Permit), Tax Identification Number and Social Security Number.
