Main Function: Serve the customer and ensure quick satisfaction and efficient response to customer requests and check whether the room is effectively prepared to welcome customers.
Profile and Requirements:
Technical training at the Technical/University course level;
Experience and knowledge acquired in a similar role, for a minimum period of 6 months;
Computer and POS knowledge;
Solid knowledge of HACCP;
Strong communication skills, particularly in contact with customers;
Ability to work under pressure;
Good knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of other languages being valued;
Versatility, availability and passion for the service;
Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
