This is an exciting role for a professional internship in the commercial department, at the PORTO office, from the company. You will have the opportunity to promote Portugal and Spain destinations internationally and create and promote different experiences for different sales channels, from marketplaces, travel agencies, tour operators and hotels, among others.
Requirements:
Higher education in Tourism;
Be eligible to undertake an IEFP Professional Internship under the ATIVAR.PT Internship Measure;
Commercial Vocation;
Focus and Orientation for results;
Advanced knowledge of languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and/or French;
Advanced computer skills: Office and Use of Online Platforms (OTA's and Channel Managers);
Be able to work under pressure;
Have common sense and critical sense;
Be trustworthy, able to act confidentially;
Have great attention to detail;
Have teamwork skills;
Have teamwork skills;
Resident in the Porto Metropolitan Area.
Function:
Create, upload, update and optimize Living Tours product content across the various B2B and B2C sales channels.
Search for new online and offline sales channels, focused on boosting the business as much as possible.
Maintain distribution channels in full operation, ensuring correct connection and use of technological sales tools.
Analyze data, looking for opportunities to leverage the product and report to management.
Manage, analyze and invest in the customer experience, measuring satisfaction levels, delivering high-performance products that are close to the perfection of customer expectations.
