ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a Computer Technician (M/F), you will report to the IT Manager and will be responsible for controlling the proper functioning of information systems, monitoring the supply of computer equipment and materials, managing Hardware and Software, ensuring their operation and correct and effective use. You will also be responsible for carrying out maintenance, replacement and updates of IT material, monitoring the implementation of new applications and/or IT equipment, providing Help-Desk for internal and external customers as well as analyzing, interpreting and systematizing the information to be communicated to the Director, coordinating with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– High sense of responsibility, organization, autonomy, initiative and versatility
– Flexibility of schedules and availability for traveling between hotels.
– Knowledge of languages (Portuguese, English and preference for another foreign language, fluent at oral level and with application of industry-specific vocabulary).
– Minimum 12th year of schooling in the area of IT or Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred).
– Computer skills: 'NetWorking' (switch configuration, WIFI network management), specific applications for the hospitality area, OFFICE365 (good level of knowledge in Word, Excel, OUTLOOK, TEAMS, ONEDRIVE and SharePoint), as well as systems Microsoft operating systems (VM, Windows 10 and Windows 11)

It will also be responsible for carrying out maintenance, replacement and updates of computer equipment, monitoring the implementation of new applications and/or computer equipment, running a Help Desk for internal and external customers, as well as analyzing, interpreting and systematizing the information to be communicated to the Director, liaising with other departments.

– Computer skills: 'NetWorking' (switch configuration, WIFI network management), specific applications for the hospitality industry, OFFICE365 (good knowledge of Word, Excel, OUTLOOK, TEAMS, ONEDRIVE and SharePoint), as well as operating systems from Microsoft (VM , Windows 10 and Windows 11)
