We are recruiting Guest Relations (M/F)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As Guest Relations (M/F), you will report directly to the SEEN & Sky Bar General Manager and will be responsible for:
– Ensure customer satisfaction;
– Personalize the service for the customer;
– Monitor customers and ensure their comfort;
– Manage outlet seating organization;
– Manage incidents and complaints;
– Manage reservations (in person, via telephone or email);

– Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels or higher category restaurants/bars
– Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent in speaking).
– Minimum 12. year of schooling and/or Professional Course adapted to the role
– Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards
– Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the restaurant/hotel sector.
