Tasks:
• Join the Operations Assistance team (Events, Individual Reservations, Communication with customers on social networks, internal software management, guest relations, others)
• Present and represent the Hotel
• Presentation of Event proposals
• Follow-up of Event processes
• Monitor in-house Events
• Insertion of Event reservations
• Presentation of rates for individual customers
• Insertion of individual reservations
• Preparation of work maps (Function Sheets / Summary Service Sheets) for the other sections
• Participate and/or coordinate operational meetings with HOD (service forecast briefing)
• Content management in internal software
Profile:
• Technical and/or higher education in Hospitality and/or Events
• Good organization, communication and planning skills
• Proactivity, dynamism with ability to multi-task and good time management
• Honesty, integrity and high sense of responsibility
• Computer knowledge from the user's perspective, PMS, POS (Protel Operating System or similar)
• High knowledge of Portuguese, English and Spanish, as well as knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian and German.
• You will report to the supervision of the section and/or the General Management of the unit
• Proven experience in 4/5 star Hotels (preferred)
