We are Recruiting GUEST SERVICE AGENT (M/F)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Guest Service Agent (M/F), you will report to the Accommodation Director and will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of all customers from the moment of booking until check-out, managing all customer comments and observations in a professional and succinct manner. , as well as managing and responding to comments/complaints on various online platforms. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Tivoli Discovery program, checking and monitoring the needs of VIP customers, GHA, Journalists and Official Entities, providing information about the Hotel's services and the region in order to guarantee an excellent service, contributing decisively to exceed customer expectations.

– Professional experience in similar functions. 4 or 5 star hotels
– Flexibility of schedules
– Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent in speaking).
– Minimum 12th year of schooling or Professional Course adapted to the role
– Bachelor’s or Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism (preferred).
– Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel destination
– Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality area.

– Good level of general knowledge and knowledge of the hotel's destination
– Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the accommodation/hospitality.
